Click the PAGE category where the item is you want to delete.....
Now click on the item # of the item you want to delete. That's it!
IMPORTANT!! Deleting all items in a category (page) will also delete the page. If this happens, you just need to add back in a blank item and put COMING SOON using the category name again to recreate the page until you have items to add to it again.
